Ming-Style Two-Door Cabinet with Relief Carvings
A compact, dark-wood cabinet with pronounced Ming-style influence, this two-door unit features intricate low-relief carvings of pastoral scenes. The top surface is rectangular with rounded "scroll" ends, framing a subtly raised central surface. Each door panel showcases scenes of animals and nature, including horses and cattle beneath trees, while the drawer above is adorned with a motif of birds over waves. Side and corner edges are highlighted with carved floral medallions. The cabinet stands on straight legs, each slightly recessed. Brass pulls and side brackets add to the visual weight and authenticity.
